Setting us apart from the rest, we will do not embark on the route of pressure selling in your home.
The quotation will follow the appointment on the same day without fail.
Each quotation will also utilse our unique to The Home Shutter Company visualisation tool to showcase what the shutters could look like in your very own window.
We will never hound you and each quotation is valid for 100 days giving you time to make the right choice.

All of your shutters are designed by our in house technical team.
Specialists in CAD and tackling every window as individual, the levels of detail we go to in designing your shutters to your window is second to none.

As shutters are completely bespoke to your windows, they do take around 12-15 weeks to arrive to our UK warehouse where we will then contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for installation (typically within 2-3 weeks).
We will be keeping you up to date on your shutters journey every step of the way ready for installation day!
WE EVEN OFFER FREE TEMPORARY BLINDS WHILST YOU AWAIT YOUR SHUTTERS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our lead times are as accurate as possible, all above timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order arrives in the UK and is ready to be fitted, our dedicated team will be in touch to offer a prospective installation date. This is usually within 1-3 weeks.

Our team will send out an SMS for an accurate arrival time on the day to allow you to prepare for arrival.
With a shoes off at the door philosophy, taking care of the work areas our team will get to work around you.
Unlike most other shutter companies, the final balance is not due until the day of installation and once the installation is complete.

Shutters are an operational window dressing, meaning the slats open and close, as well as the doors to give you full access to the window behind. As the slats and doors are not sealed together, this does bring some natural light bleed. However, shutters do provide more darkness that roller binds, venetian blinds and most curtains, as they are fully sealed to the window surround.
For those requiring and added layer of darkness, we offer an integrated, foil lined blind that sits within the shutter itself along with tongue and grove Flat Slats.

A typical installation for two bay windows and one square should take one of our team no longer than 5 hours!With a shoes off at the door philosophy, taking away all the rubbish, all you will have to do at the end of the installation is sit back, relax and take in the transformation!
